Flower Power always offers a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product and original packaging are in an unaltered condition.
The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the product. Use the form below to make a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Naturally, as a customer, you should be satisfied when you've shopped at Flower Power. If you have any questions, just get in touch; we're here to help you from seed to bouquet. We test-grow a large number of seeds every year to ensure that the seeds have at least 92% germination rate and that they are the correct variety. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with our seeds after following our growing instructions, you will receive new seeds or your money back.

Can I pick up my order in Brantevik?
Unfortunately not. However, you can shop on site in Brantevik. Our small Swish shop is open daily and is filled with seeds.
How do I get a refund?
In the same way you paid for your goods. The money will be in your account within a couple of days.
I have been waiting a long time for my seeds
You will receive an email with an order confirmation when your seeds have been packed and leave us in Brantevik. After that, all you have to do is patiently wait for the postal service to do its job. During peak season, such as after November 1st and around week 12, it may take a little longer for us to process all orders, but we promise we are working as fast as we can! Normally, we process your order within 1-2 days.
