Learn how to succeed with your flower cultivation
Do you dream of going out into your own garden and harvesting lots of flowers? Then this course is for you.
The course starts with what is blooming in my garden on the very day we meet. We sow, transplant, plant and, of course, talk a lot about sweet peas, but you will also learn how to sow other cut flowers and perennials. We talk about bulbous plants and zinnias and maybe some pansies.
The course is led by Cecilia Wingård, who has extensive experience in cultivation and gardening. We welcome you in Brantevik with coffee and light refreshments before we start.
Throughout the day, we alternate between theory and practical work. We talk about the names and history of plants, soil and fertilizer, temperature, watering and hardening off. Then we work practically together and learn to sow, plant and transplant.
We take a well-deserved break and enjoy a lovely 3-course lunch together in the greenhouse.
The book 'Blomster – odla egna snittblommor' (Flowers - grow your own cut flowers) is included in the course, as well as seeds (including zinnia seeds from Floret Flower) and cultivation accessories from Lindbloms Frö.
You will go home with many potted plants, new plants, and lots of inspiration and knowledge. As a conclusion, you will make a small bouquet to take home.

Care and growing tips
When you receive your seeds, you will always get a folder with pictures and information to read at your leisure. The seeds should not be soaked. Always store the seeds in the freezer, where they will maintain their viability for 50+ years. In other words, you don't need to sow the entire packet at once. Please read our growing advice here
About our seeds
When you buy seeds from Flower Power, you get seeds of the highest quality. The seeds are grown in greenhouses and harvested by hand in Essex, England, and germination tested in England and Sweden. Our seeds have a germination rate of at least 92%.
Packaging and delivery
All our seeds are counted and packed by hand in Brantevik, Österlen. All orders are packed in order of receipt and usually shipped the same day at 2 PM. We use Postnord and your seeds will arrive in your mailbox.
Please check that the delivery address is correct before completing your order. Flower Power does not replace shipments that are lost or returned due to incorrect address details.
Once your order has been packed, we will send you a delivery confirmation to the email address you used when placing your order.
We use as little packaging material as possible for environmental reasons.

We test grow a large number of seeds every year to ensure that the seeds maintain at least 92% germination rate and that they are the correct variety. Should you nevertheless not be satisfied with our seeds after following our cultivation advice, you will receive new seeds or your money back.
